We're currently seeking licensed professionals for the following roles.
Psychologist
Provide evidence-based therapy for individuals experiencing anxiety, trauma, depression, and life transitions. Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, and deliver therapeutic interventions using modalities such as CBT, ACT, and trauma-informed care. Work with autonomy in a supportive, confidential environment where clinical excellence and client wellbeing are prioritized above volume metrics.
What we're looking for:
- •Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PhD or PsyD)
 - •Active state licensure in good standing
 - •Experience with CBT, ACT, or trauma-informed modalities
 - •Strong diagnostic and assessment skills
 - •Commitment to ethical, client-centered care
 - •Excellent documentation and communication abilities
 
Psychiatrist
Offer comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, and medication management in a private, low-volume practice. Conduct thorough initial assessments, develop evidence-based treatment plans, and provide ongoing medication monitoring with a focus on thoughtful, individualized care. Collaborate with our psychology team for integrated treatment approaches. Work in an environment that values clinical judgment and patient relationships over productivity quotas.
What we're looking for:
- •Board-certified Psychiatrist (MD or DO)
 - •Active medical license and DEA registration
 - •Experience in psychopharmacology and diagnostic assessment
 - •Collaborative approach to integrated care
 - •Strong clinical documentation skills
 - •Commitment to evidence-based practice
 
Administrator
Responsible for smooth front desk operations, greeting patients and visitors, and providing customer service. Assist with vacancies through regular advertising, answer calls, field them appropriately, forward visitor questions and needs, and provide a welcoming environment.
What we're looking for:
- •Must be 21 years old and above
 - •Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team
 - •Basic ability to work with a computer, basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
 - •Ability to efficiently perform under pressure
 - •A bachelor's degree in a related field
 - •Prior experience/management in customer service is a plus
 
Compensation:
Up to $50,000/w - $10k an hour (hourly plus start shift)
No minimum hours, maximum only. Flexible schedule.
